For the record the young lady in the stock photo has bilateral sternocleidomastoid shortening & scalene shortening resulting in forward head posture with increased cervical extension (ear forward of shoulder, chin elevated compared to eyebrows). Additionally she has bilateral (right worse than left) pectoral minor shortening / anterior tilt of the scapulae.

In other words, she still has upper crossed syndrome but is "hiding" the thoracic flexion in other segments.
