God, what a loser. I've tried to cut everyone who thinks like this out of my life. "Yeah if I inherited 20 years of salary I would leave it undiversified in real estate that I'm not using or renting while I continue working as a corporate drone for low wages." No thank you. I've genuinely started to hate people like that, and they're everywhere in every job.
