Great article Ravi Shankar RajanĀ !!! I found that work-related tasks (showering, costuming, eating, meal prep) eat up a ton of time, not to mention daily exercise and enough sleep (9 hours a day for me). When I was working 50 hours a week, even with a 5 minute commute, I would only have about 2ā€“4 hours a day that were ever anything I would be choosing to do on my own at that time of day depending on how healthy I was trying to be. Of course, if I let my health slip because I wanted more time to relax, then there were huge consequences, leading me to burnout. Thanks for sharing!
