Great point! 😁 I had never thought about what a barrier industry - specific buzzwords must be for a non-native speaker! 😅

As a native speaker I hate buzzwords for the fact that using buzzwords makes you seem more competent than otherwise. 🧐

That’s something called the fluency heuristic which is basically if it sounds right then it must be right. A good example from medicine is degenerative disc disease, which is easy to remember and sounds really real because of the alliteration.
