Hey Hajime! Thanks for your response. I would suggest trying Prettier, since it actually enforces "opinionated" (not inconsistent) styles and completely nullifies any discussion of "Where do we put spaces? Do we use semicolons?"

I would be willing to switch programming languages with a gun to my head, but I would say pull the trigger before I give up using a code formatter.

It's a huge productivity boost, and it's also incredibly important for those of us like myself that have trouble finding missing closing brackets.

In fact, I have a neurodevelopmental disability that prevents me from maintaining focus on boring tasks (like manually formatting code) and so I won't ever even take a coding assessment without a code formatter, as I need that reasonable accomodation for work.
