Hey Mano!! Great explanation of interpreter vs. compiler while keeping it super real-world (about ES5, ES6, etc.)!!! It’s been over10 years since I graduated with my computer science degrees, so on a friend’s recommendation I’m re-reading Structure and Interpretation of Computer Programs (SICP, the MIT introductory textbook on computer science). The section in there about interpreting (and how interpreters work) is not nearly as concise or direct as what you wrote! Big applause!!!
