Hey Naywyn! Thanks for sharing your experience. I can relate from my physical therapy career: 30-60+ minute commute to an office, mandatory unpaid lunch break that you have to work through, and consistently working 12 hours every day including costuming and commuting.

Especially without the commuting or illegal unpaid work (lunch shenanigans, etc.) then I make more than 3x as much as a remote software engineer per hour and more than 1.5x more annual salary.
