Hey Terry, I'm glad to hear your rehabilitation continues to go well. I find basic strength training (like squatting down to a chair taking 30 seconds to slowly complete the first repetition, then 10 regular repetitions standing up and sitting down, and then another slow 30 second repetition) often benefits those recovering from neurological injuries.

Diaphragmatic breathing exercise can also be really beneficial, particularly if a person improves stabilization patterns by incorporating diaphragmatic breathing into dynamic movement.
