My question is: Is still loving your ex cheating on your new partner?

I just wrote an article exploring this question:

I’d say a lot of us would consider loving an ex to be cheating! But is it really, if we choose every day to honor and love our new partner?

Ultimately, forcing ourselves to “stop loving" our exes results in skipping the grief process and possibly denying our real feelings.
