…ompany and the candidate. At some point you have to take the plunge if all the boxes seem to check. If the company is not offering the design candidate a paid “trial week” to hang around the office and see if it’s a good fit for them, they shouldn’t be asking the candidate to do free work so that the company doesn’t have to do the hard work of creating an effective interview process.
