I just haven't seen that to be true, Christian -- even with a small PR, I may make 30+ unrelated, atomic commits. Knowing exactly why I was touching a line ("fix: remove unused `className` prop") is more useful than knowing the feature ("feature: add `href` prop to the `<Button>` component").
