Interesting findings! I've found the best results with intermittent calorie restriction AKA the MATADOR diet study https://www.nature.com/articles/ijo2017206 ... so focusing on diet for 2 weeks, then resuming maintenance calories.

Plus it's important to strength train during fat loss to prevent muscle loss (along with adequate protein intake). Thanks for sharing Coach!
