I’ve been working on building better habits around creating feelings of accomplishment, starting with the Daily 5 / Weekly 3 method.
For me, this reinforces an emotionally mature, “Choose to” motivation around my tasks instead of an emotionally immature, “Have to” motivation.
Simply re-writing my accomplishments as achievements is another great way to reinforce the belief that I am in control & choose how I live my life.
This leads to feelings of freedom, mastery, and authenticity.
Those feelings support a success snowball effect of daily achievement.
