Not saying those things is probably the hardest part of any relationship. But I have no problem with being direct and honest with anyone whether I'm close with them or not.

Many people find any honesty at all too painful -- especially in the workplace -- but I can't understand why people would want to live a delusional life.

It's like the vast majority of people have volunteered to be schizophrenic.
