Thanks for sharing! Yeah I've watched that talk by Gary Wilson along with Philip Zimbardo's "The Demise of Guys." I've also read Gary's book (Your Brain on Porn) and listened to his entire podcast (radio show) he had for about 5 years. Honestly, there's such a generational gap between him and anyone under 30 that it's a bit hard to translate -- he's often aghast when he hears about kids today.

I think the real consequence of men being addicted to porn is actually on young women, who are now basically unable to find an emotionally mature man. Why would a man ever mature emotionally when there is unlimited free heroin online? But I think very few women are aware of the negative relationship and maturity effects of porn use, including my therapist ex-wife.
