Thanks Thomas! As a night owl, I find that dictating my own morning routine sets me up for success. If I am up at 7 and rush out the door, I will be awake for 6 hours before I can fully concentrate.
But, if if I wake up rested after enough high-quality sleep, then I can ease myself into the day. After an hour of light reading and reviewing my priorities, I am alert and can easily be twice as productive that day.
