This is great practical advice that I’ve used when comparing myself to other writers.

“Wow, he or she publishes so much.”

That’s absolutely something I can control.

“Wow I don’t know anything about what they write about.”

I can learn and write about anything if I want to.

“Wow 😳 they have a lot of followers (or claps, or earnings.”

So? It’s a result of how often they publish, where they publish, and what they write about. It’s not complicated.

Itxy Lopez you’ve written before about using other people’s headlines as inspiration, and I think that’s a great way to combat envy. Also, who wouldn’t be envious of Anangsha Alammyan — a non-native speaker who is absolutely killing it on Medium. 😅😉
