Um, is this a success story? I find at least in tech that rampant fervor for brand names distorts hiring quite a bit, because "Oh, you worked at Google"...

Many of my PT classmates did in fact get jobs where they had participated in unpaid internships, but not everyone did. And those that didn't found a stiff job market competing against an unpaid labor force.
