Yes, I agree. But employers aren't the least bit interested in hiring autistics; if they were, then they'd allow more fully-remote workers.
After all, most autistics are almost compulsively ethical and wouldn't dare violate the confidence of an employer who allowed them to work in an inclusive environment (their home), but neurotypicals would almost certainly take advantage (or at least believe beyond a doubt that other people would do so).
