But everyone else is quiet quitting, so if you can do that.

I'm incapable of having work responsibilities without trying by best, which makes me fundamentally incompatible with having coworkers who aren't putting in at least 80% effort. So in my case I just left it all behind, including my dream of financial independence, to focus on writing and indie game development.
